Ingredients

    Brussels sprouts, fresh, 4 cup (remove)
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Trader Joe's Peppered Uncured Turkey Bacon, 1 serving (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
    Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

steam brussel sprouts for about 8 minutes until a bit done
cut sprouts in half
sautee onion, garlic, and turkey bacon in olive oil until crisp and brown
add the halved sprouts and continue to sautee for about 10 minutes or depending on how well you like your vegetables cooked
add maple syrup, mix, and saute for 3 mins before removing

recommended with brown rice pilaf, steak or chicken
