Introduction

Ingredients

1/2 cup - bread crumbs
1 1/2 lb. - ground beef (I use lean or extra lean)
1 cup - milk (I use skim)
1 egg - large
1/4 cup - chopped onion
1/2 tsp. - dry mustard
1 tsp. - salt
1/4 tsp. - pepper
1/4 tsp. - ground sage
1/8 tsp. - garlic powder
1 tbsp. - worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup - barbecue sauce
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mix all of the ingredients together (except for the barbecue sauce).
3. Spread the meatloaf mixture into an ungreased loaf pan.
4. Spoon barbecue sauce on the top of the meatloaf.
5. Bake (uncovered) at 350 degrees F. for 60 min. or until done.
