Ingredients

* Graham Crackers, plain, honey, or cinnamon, 3 cup, crushed
* Powdered Sugar, 2 cup, unsifted
* Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1 cup
* Butter, salted, 1 stick
* Butter, unsalted, 1 stick
* Peanut Butter, smooth style, 4 tbs
* Semisweet chocolate, 2 cup chips
Directions
(the cooking time above is actually refrigeration time)
Line a 8X11" cake pan with wax paper or parchment.
Melt butter and mix with 1c peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs and confectioner sugar blending well. Press into lined pan.
Melt chocolate chips using 30 second increments in heat safe microwave bowl stirring between each time. When melted, stir in 4 tbs peanut butter. Blend well then spread over top of peanut butter mixture.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Lift paper out of pan and cut bars into approximately 70 one inch squares. 1" may not seem like much but they are RICH! Store in air tight container in fridge. If you need to stack them in a container be sure to put parchment or wax paper between the layers.
