Ingredients

    about 3.5 cups white flour
    1.5 tsp yeast
    1.5 tsp sugar
    1.5 tsp salt
    Olive oil about 1/4 cup
    1 1/4 cups hot water
    2 tbsp sundried tomatoes
    2tbsp fresh basil

Directions

measure yeast and sugar into large bowl. Add water that is almost to hot to put you finger in. stir in 1 cup flour and the salt. Add sundried tomato and basil. Stir together. Cover and let sit for a few hours or overnight. A couple hours before dinner. stir in one more cup of flour or so. Turn out on floured surface and knead for 5 minutes, adding a bit more flour if necessary. Place in bowl with 1 Tbsp Olive oil. cover and let rise for an hour. Place on pizza stone and pull out to a 15 in circle. Spread the rest of the olive oil on the top. ( you don't need to use all of it, if you don't want to). Sprinkle with parmesan and a little salt. Let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
