Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup old fashion oatmeal
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1 cup almond milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 sliced banana

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together except for the banana. Pour in a sprayed (with Pam) loaf pan and spread evenly. Put slices of banana on top.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until top is lightly brown.
Let cool before cutting.
Serve with a little bit of real maple sirop.
