1 wedge of Laughing Cow Light Blue Cheese
Frank's RedHot to taste
1 serving of light cooking spray
Directions
Spray on non-stick pan with fat free cooking spray.
Heat pan on a medium burner.
Add egg whites to pan.
Break cheese wedge into 6-8 pieces and add to egg whites.
Add Frank's RedHot to eggs to taste.
Mix with spatula while eggs are cooking.
Continue until eggs are fully cooked.
Have an awesome, vegetarian, low-fat, high protein breakfast!
