Boil water, place rinsed qunioa in pot, simmer for 10 minutes, add chopped apples, cook for 10 minutes, add cinnamon, flax, golden raisins, almonds, simmer for 5 minutes, turn off burner.
when cool, can be divided into 11 servings.
