1 cup red potatoes halved, sliced 1/4" thick
1 cup fresh green beans, cut into 2" pieces
1/2 cup onion, quarter and sliced
1 tsp sun dried tomatoes (jarred)
    1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp of butter flavored granules (ButterBuds)
    1/8 tsp paprika

Place the potatoes and green beans in a microwavable steamer basket with bowl underneath (I just use a microwable bowl). Add a small amount of water. Cover and microwave on high for three minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes.

Add onion and continue to microwave for 1 more minute, then let stand 1 minute.

Discard water and empty veggies in a bowl and then toss with tomato, parsely olive oil, butter flavored granules and paprika. Serve immediately.
