    1 package Turkey Pepperoni (3.5 oz)- diced
    1 can of pitted ripe olives drained and chopped (3.25oz)
    2 tbs chopped parsely
    1/2 c shredded mozzarella Cheese
    2 tbs flour
    1 garlic clove (pressed)
    2 packages refrigerator French bread dough
    1 egg
    1 tsp italian seasoning
    2 tbs grated parmesan cheese
    1 can (15 oz) pizza sauce (warmed)


Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Combine chopped olives (or substitute with green peppers), pepperoni, parsely and mozzarella cheese, flour and garlic and mix well.

Place bread dough seem sides up (on a cutting board), using a serated knife cut each loaf length wise, end to end- cutting halfway through the center of loaf; spread open flat. Lightly sprinkle additional flour over dough, roll dough crosswise to a 4" width, creating a well down center of ecah loaf.

Spoon half of the pepperoni mix down center of each loaf. Gather up edges over filling, pinching firmly to seal. Place loaves, seam sides down in an "X" pattern on a non stick baking sheet or pizza stone. Criss cross ends of dough to form a large figure 8, keeping ends of dough 1 inch from edge of pan or stone.

Separate egg over small bowl (discard yolk or set aside for another use). Beat egg white and seasoning mix, lightly brush over dough using a pastry brush. Using a serrated knife cut a 3 inch slit in each of the top sections to reveal filling.

Grate parmesan cheese over the loaf. Bake for 30-32 minutes until golden. Cool and cut into 16 pieces. Serve with a side of warm pizza sauce.
