Introduction

This is a slightly modified version of a recipe that originally came from the Cabbagetown Cookbook. This is a slightly modified version of a recipe that originally came from the Cabbagetown Cookbook.

Ingredients

    8 oz spaghetti
    1 small head broccoli

    Sauce:
    8 cloves garlic
    1" piece ginger
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    4 teaspoons sesame oil
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne (red) pepper

Directions

Cook spaghetti. Whisk together sauce ingredients. Chop vegetables. In the original, you saute sliced zucchini and small florets of broccoli and cauliflower. Then toss the sauce over the cooked spaghetti and sauteed veggies. I used frozen broccoli and peas (steamed first in the microwave).
