I needed a quick dinner and chicken and rice sounded great! YUM! I needed a quick dinner and chicken and rice sounded great! YUM!
Number of Servings: 5


    -16 oz frozen or about 10 oz cooked Tenderbird boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped into bite sized pieces
    -1 C or 2 cans of drained chopped/sliced mushrooms
    -1 bag Steam Fresh Wild Rice with broccoli and carrots, prepared as directed
    - 1/4 C Ragu's Light Alfredo and Parmesan Sauce
    -2 t worchestershire sauce
    -1 T Breakstone reduced fat sour cream


---While steaming your rice in the bag as directed, cook your chicken in a medium to large skillet until done. Chop your chicken and then return it to your pan. Add the mushrooms, rice, sauces and sour cream. Stir well and then cover and heat for 1-2 minutes. Stir and serve.

--Makes 5 C or 5 servings of 1 C each.
