    Twistee Noodles - Marinate in J. Lee Roys Easy Spinach Salad Dressing (recipe for dressing is in database)
    1/2 diced red onion
    3 chopped green onions
    handful chopped parsley
    handful chopped celery
    2 diced tomatoes
    1/2 can sliced olives
    **Be creative and put in what you like**
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    1 tsp J. Lee Roy's Cookin' Seasoning
    1/2 cup J. Lee Roy's Dippin Sauce
    chopped green chilies (optional)


Cook and drain twistee noodles and marinate in J. Lee Roy's Easy Spnach Salad Dressing (recipe is in SparkPeople database) Put in a ziplock bag and refrigerate.

Prepare: red onion, green onions, parsley, tomatoes, olives and **Be creative and add in what you like**
Mix with: Mayonnaise, Red Wine Vinegar, J. Lee Roy's Cookin' Seasoning and J. Lee Roy's Dippin' Sauce

Mix in some chopped green chilies if you like it hotter.
