Makes 12 muffins. Makes 12 muffins.
Number of Servings: 12


    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tbsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
    1 cup yogurt plain
    1/4 cup butter melted
    2 eggs beaten


Stir together dry ingredients. Stir in cheese. Mix wet ingredients separately. Add all at once to dry ingredients. Stir until just moistened. Divide batter evenly into 12 paper lined muffin cups. Bake at 400 for 18-20 mins. Makes 12. Serve warm.
