Introduction
This originated from my mother in law- I doctored it up to be a little more calorie friendly, using fat free half and half, margarine and turkey bacon and removing the salt pork. Her version is absolutely fabulous, mine is pretty good too. Ingredients

1 LB package of Turkey Bacon
1 large Onion (chopped)
3 LBS Potatoes (chopped small)
3 cans of creamed style corn
2 TBS parsley
1 Tsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 Pint of fat free half and half
Directions
Sautee Bacon and onion is 1 TBS of margarine (or light butter), add potatoes, then cover with water and bring to a boil (then boil for 15 minutes).
Add corn, parsley, sugar, salt. and pepper and simmer for another 15 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add half and half, stirring immediately. Cool and refriderate.
Reheat when ready to serve, this will keep 7 days in the refrigerator.
