    1 cup snow peas
    2 medium carrots sliced (julienne style)
    2 cups shitake mushrooms, trimmed
    4 oz asparagus (cut into 3 inch peices)
    1 LB Scallops
    1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    3 tbsp rice vinegar
    1 TBS Olive Oil


steam all of the veggies 3-5 minutes

heat nonstick pan over heat and brown scallops in the olive oil

remove from heat and add teriyaki and soy sauce to scallops

toss veggies with rice vinegar

Top veggies with scallops and serve.
