This recipe is perfect for occasions when everyone wants good food fast! This recipe is perfect for occasions when everyone wants good food fast!
Number of Servings: 4


    1 T olive oil
    1 cup chopped onoin
    2 cloves of minced garlic
    2 cups of hot cooked spaghetti
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    4 T chopped fresh basil
    4 T grated parmesan
    1 t salt
    1/2 t black pepper


Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add cooked spaghetti. Stir in eggs. Toss until eggs appear to be just cooked. Toss in fresh basil, salt and pepper. Toss with grated parmesan. Serves 4. Delicious! This makes a wonderful creamy textured pasta. Don't miss it!
