Ingredients

    * *Tortillas, Mission Yellow Corn (1 tortilla), 1 serving (remove)
    * *Naturally Preferred Large Grade A Brown Eggs (per egg), 1 serving (remove)
    * Egg white, 2 serving (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    * *Cheddar Cheese fat free - Natural Cheese, 0.25 cup (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 0.5 1tsp (remove)
    coriander leaves - 1/4 cup

Directions

beat egg and egg whites with some salt and pepper
scramble in hot olive oil
preheat oven at 350
arrange eggs, cheese, onions, garlic and coriander leaves over tortilla , wrap and keep seam side down
bake in oven till cheese melts
serve with salsa or as is
