Ingredients

    one egg
    8oz philadelphia cream cheese
    0.5 tsp vanilla extract
    0.25 cup granulated sugar
    12 reduced fat nilla wafers

Directions

mix cream cheese, vanilla, egg and sugar
in muffin tin place paper liners
place one nilla wafer in each liner
divde mixture into twelve
oven 350 degrees
makes 12 cupcakes
you can add a topping fat free jams are great
instead of vanilla you can use lemon juice
