Introduction

Easy to make, yummy to eat and keeps you full till next snack time Easy to make, yummy to eat and keeps you full till next snack time

Ingredients

    One serving of egg whites (I use them from one egg)
    One serving a small whole wheat pita
    2 tablespoons of hummas (I use eggplant hummas from TJ)

Directions

LIghtly toast your 4inch diamter pita to your liking.
Beat egg white and scramble in nonstick pan.
Spread two tablespoons hummas into pita.
Fill Pita with scramble.
Enjoy!!!
