Introduction
Delicious veggie omlette flavored with scallion and dill and swiss cheese. Delicious veggie omlette flavored with scallion and dill and swiss cheese.Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients

1 pat of butter
2 tbsp diced scallion
1/2 c. chopped fresh broccoli
1 tsp dill weed
3 egg whites
1 slice swiss cheese
Directions
Melt butter in omlette skillet. Saute chopped broccoli and scallion with dill weed. Wisk egg whites and add to the pan.
Allow omlette to cook evenly across. Tear swiss cheese slice into strips and place inside omlette before flipping omlette in half. Transfer omlette to plate.
Good sereved with fresh tomato slices.
