    1 Whole Wheat English Muffin, toasted
    1.5 teaspoons of Apple Butter
    1 Egg, poached
    1 Thin Slice of Deli-style Ham
    1 T. 2% shredded cheddar


Spread the apple butter onto 1/2 of the english muffin. Layer ham, egg, shredded cheddar, and top half of the english muffin. Heat in a panini press or hot pan until cheese is melted. Serves 1.
