    1 Fresh Egg, Medium
    1 tbls SS milk
    Salt and Black Pepper to taste
    Bread, wheat (including toast), 1 slice
    *Butter lurpak spreadable, 5 gram


Serves 1

Put egg in pan and whisk in milk and seasoning
heat over a medium flame until medium soft set
in the meantime toast the bread and put on warm plate and spread the butter on.
turn out scrambled egg on to the toast.

sit down and enjoy

PS if you want a bit of decadence to the meal substitute Double cream for the milk, but don't forget to alter the calorie content
