    Duncan Hines Spice Cake Mix (1 box)
    15 oz Pumpkin, canned
    4T Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    Egg, 1 large
    Water,1 cup
    1T pumpkin Pie Spice
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, unpacked
    Fresh Cranberries, 1.5 cup, whole


Preheat oven to 350.

Mix all ingredients, except cranberries and brown sugar, until blended and smooth. Fold in cranberries. Line 24 muffins with liners.

Pour 1/3c of batter into each muffin cup. Top with 1t brown sugar over each.

Cook 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
