Ingredients

    5 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
    2 quarts chicken stock (fat free, low sodium)
    1.5 c barley (raw)
    2 cans fat free cream of chicken soup
    .5 c lemon juice
    water

Directions

Wisk soup and chicken stock together in 5 qt crock pot. Add all other ingredients. Add enough water to make 5 quarts. Cook 8 hours on low. Serve with crusty bread for a fast hearty meal after work. Makes approximately 15 - 1.5 cup servings.
