Introduction

Ingredients

    Saute:
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 1/2+ cups diced celery

    Add:

    3-4 cups chopped cooked turkey
    1 (6 oz ) can tomato paste
    1 (28 oz) can tomatoes
    1 cup beef bouillon
    3 Tbsp dried parsley
    1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp sea salt
    1 tsp brown sugar
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 bay leaf

    Bring to boil and simmer about 10 minutes for flavors to blend.

    Freezes well.

Directions

We serve this over bean/pea noodles, rice noodles or wheat noodles like spaghetti.

Sorry but the serving size just all depends on how much you put on your noodles. Trying about a cup.

{Calories would be less ... due to I could only find the dark meat by the cup and I mostly use white meat.}
