Ingredients

    Crust
    2 c. luke warm water
    1 pkg yeast
    2 T granulated sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 c oil
    4-5 c whole wheat flour
    Topping
    1 cup ragu sauce
    1 1/2 c peppers chopped
    2 c pineapple
    3 carrots finely shredded
    1/4 c jalapeno sliced
    12 large mushrooms sliced
    4 c shredded low fat Mozzarella Cheese
    175 gms shredded low fat cheddar cheese
    40 slices tomato

Directions

Mix dough for crust and kneed well. Spray 2 large 12 X 17 pans with Pam. Press dough into pans and top with Sauce and other toppings finish with cheese and then top with tomato slices. Bake in 300 oven for 30 minutes. Cut each pizza into 20 pieces. Enjoy.
