Introduction

A very easy to prepare cheesecake, tastes great and freezes great too ! A very easy to prepare cheesecake, tastes great and freezes great too !
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 250g cream cheese
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup smooth peanut butter (light)
    2 eggs
    1 9 inch prepared graham crust
    4 Baker's swmi-sweet chocolate squares
    1 tsp oil
    1/3 cup chopped peanuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F

Beat cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each one. Make sure mixture is smooth and not chunky !

Pour into prepared graham crust

Bake for 30min. Let cool.

Melt chocolate and oil, stir smooth, spreak evenly over cake. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
