    1 medium banana
    2 Cups Non Fat milk

    Very Good
    It's a little thin, but good for post workout. Next time I will go to only 1 cup of milk and add a wee bit of greek yogurt and a couple strawberries to the mix. I used banana whey powder as well as the fresh banana. - 1/1/11
