    1 C Dry Soybeans


Soak dry soybeans in water, overnight or quick soak method. Rinse, drain and arrange in single layer on cookie sheet. Dry in 200 deg. over for 2 hours, or until crisp. If desired, toast under broiler after drying. Makes 4 44-gram servings.
