Ingredients

    bunch of fresh collards, wash and cut out veins
    1 can diced tomatoes
    5 cloves garlic
    2 Tbs cider or red wine vinegar
    2 tbs sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    olive oil 1 tbs

Directions

boil collards drain and rinse
roll leaves and slice
in cast iron skillet brown garlic in olive oil, add tomatoes, greens, vinegar, sugar and salt and pepper. heat and simmer until hot.
