This is a very low fat, tasty way to make cod. This is a very low fat, tasty way to make cod.
Number of Servings: 4


    * *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    * Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    * *Parkay Spray Margarine, 1 spray, 6 serving
    * Salt, 1 dash
    * Pepper, black, 1 dash
    * Cod (fish), 16 oz


Use foil to make small pouches to place fish in.

Place fish in pouches topping with the lemon juice, garlic powder, parkay spray, salt, and pepper. Fold foil to finish pouch

Place in oven at 350 11-15 minutes or until fish is flaky when touched with a fork.

I serve this with steamed broccoli or normandy blend vegetables, and also with a roll. However, these items are not included in the nutritional value.
