    1 medium egg (55 - 64g) Eggs
    1 serve 10 sprigs Parsley
    40 grams Cheese, Feta, Reduced Fat
    1/4 medium (6cm to 8cm dia) Tomatoes
    60 mL Milk, Reduced Fat


Break the egg into a bowl and mix with milk.
