    1/4 eggplant (14.5cm x 7.5cm dia) Eggplant
    1/4 medium (6cm dia) Onion
    1/4 clove Garlic
    100g dry type Spaghetti
    1/2 cup Red Kidney Beans 114 cal


Makes 1 serving
Boil your pasta in lightly salted water. Sauté your vegetables in a medium sauté pan for 5 minuets. Combine all ingredients and enjoy!
