Introduction

This delicious little snack sandwich helps get in those veggies and maintains a low calorie count. This recipe makes one serving. However you will use the whole block of creme cheese. I like to use the whole block and store it in the refrigerator so that I can make the sandwiches more quickly at snack time. Ingredients

    4 small slices rye bread (or 2 large slices cut in half)

    1 Pkg Fat Free Cream Cheese - Room Temperature(you will only use about 1.5-2 Tbsp)

    2 Tbsp Dill

    1 Cucumber

    Pinch of Salt

Directions

Mix creme cheese, dill, and salt, together with a spoon until well combined.

Spread cream cheese mixture thinly over bread slices (a little less than half a Tbsp per slice)

Cut cucumber in very thin slices and place on top of the cream cheese mixture, overlapping the edges of the slices and covering the surface of the bread.

Sprinkle with a little salt and extra dill. Serve.
