Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    * 1 quart nonfat Milk
    * Parkay, Original Spread Margarine, 2 Tbsp,
    * 1 can whole oysters 8 oz.
    * 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
    * Salt to taste (dash)

Directions

drain oysters reserving liquid and put in a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil and simmer just until the edges curl. Add milk, margarine, salt and pepper. On low heat, heat till warm. Just before serving add remaining oyster liquid.
Makes approx. 6 1cup servings
