Introduction

For my 30 Day Raw Food Challenge came up with a coleslaw that I really liked and has a good bite.

It was delicious I loved the bite as the Guacamole also had Serrano chili's if you don't want the bite omit the Jalapeno.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 oz. of shredded Green Cabbage (Coleslaw Cut)
    2Tb. of Guacamole (bought-it's still raw or homemade)
    1/2 of a Jalapeno
    12 Pearl Tomatoes (sliced length ways)
    1/2 Juice of 1 lemon (I used a Mayer Lemon)
    1 Med. Stalk of Celery
    Pinch Himalayan Salt for flavor
    Pinch of Pepper for flavor

Directions

Slice/dice Celery, Jalapeno and tomatoes add all other ingredients - Lemon, guacamole, salt and Pepper to a good size bowl and fold with hands or tongs and place in a bowl and enjoy.

Makes 1 Serving.
