Ingredients

    Mixed grain whole grain rice - TJ's
    White Onion
    Crimini Mushrooms
    Salt, pepper and spices to taste
    Extra Light Olive Oil

Directions

Saute onions first, add mushrooms, then rice - lightly brown rice or at least get it quite hot before adding the water, then cook like any rice. Salt and spices to taste when vegetables are being cooked.

Makes 4 fairly generous portions.
