Ingredients

    *1 TBSP Corn Starch
    * Ginger Root, 0.25 cup slices (1" dia) (remove)
    * Beef, bottom sirloin, tri-tip roast, trimmed, 448 grams (remove)
    * Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, .25 cup (remove)
    * *Herb-Ox Granulated Chicken Boullion, Very Low Sodium, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * rice wine vinegar, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)

Directions

Slice meat thinly across the grain, and cut into bite sized pieces. Sprinkle meat with corn starch, set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in container, add meat and marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Stir-fry and serve with vegetables. 5 servings of meat.
