Ingredients

    1 tbs olive oil
    1 onion finely chopped
    2 carrots diced
    1 red bell pepper diced
    1 green bell pepper diced
    4 chicken breast sliced
    1 tsp ground chile powder
    1 tsp sweet paprika powder
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp ground blk.pepper
    2 ears of corn cut into 3rds
    14 oz of pomi crushed tomato
    1tbs tomato paste.
    1 can (14oz) garbanzo beans (drained and rinsed)
    1 tbs Harrissa (morroccan spice) substitute with 1 dried red hot pepper ground up.

Directions

serves 8.
dice onion,carrots,red and green peppers saute in the oil for 10 min. add tomatoes,spices,chicken broth simmer for 15 min add the chicken and garbanzo saute until chicken is done.
serve with cous-cous or rice.
