    6 lasagna noodles, uncooked
    1 jar spaghetti sauce (any flavour)
    15 oz ricotta cheese
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 bag of finely shredded mozzarella cheese


Brown ground beef.

In a 9x11 pan, spread 1/3 jar of sauce.

Layer 3 noodles on top of sauce. Cover with all of the ricotta cheese and another 1/3 of the sauce.

Cover with the ground beef.

Cover with 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese.

Layer another 3 noodles, and cover with the last 1/3 of the spaghetti sauce.

Cover with aluminum foil and let bake at 375 for 50 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 of mozzarella cheese and return to the oven. Bake, uncovered, for 10 more minutes.

Let sit for 10 minutes before serving. Makes 8-9 main dish servings.
