Introduction

This is my family's favorite recipe. This is my family's favorite recipe.

Ingredients

    Flour tortilla (pck of 8)
    1 small can of diced green chilis
    1 can enchilda sauce (you can use green or red)
    1 cup reduced fat sour cream
    3 chicken breasts poached and cut into small pcs
    1 cup of mexican cheese

Directions

cook chicken and cut up into small pieces. mix all together, fill and roll into flour toritllas. bake for 10 minutes at 400
serve with salsa and sour cream if desired
