Ingredients

    1 bag Frozen broccoli 14 oz
    2.5 oz. feta
    8 egg whites ( or two cups liquid egg whites.)
    garlic powder ( 2 tsp.)
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Microwave broccoli 5-7 minutes
Season cooked broccoli with garlic powder, salt and petter
Spray nonstick cooking oil into large muffin cups
fill cups with cooked broccoli
sprinkle feta in each cup
cover with egg whites
bake in 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes ( until eggs are set.)

Sometimes I cook the broccoli the night before and put in fridge,this will make the cooking time longer. ( closer to 40 minutes)
