    1lb Ground Turkey
    1lb Ground Turkey Sausage
    1 can Red Kidney Beans
    1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can of Hunt's Tomato Sauce ( I prefer the one with diced Green Chilies in it)
    1 cup of Green Peppers (Chopped)
    1 cup of Red Peppers (Chopped)
    1 cup of Onion (Chopped)
    2 tbsp of Garlic (Minced or Chopped)
    2 tbsp of Chili Powder
    2 tbsp of Red Pepper Flakes
    4 shots of Tabasco


Brown meat and cook onion, green and red peppers and garlic. Drain fat from meat and add to slow cooker (I prefer a Dutch Oven)

Add beans and tomato sauce and season as needed. Cook on low for 2 hours makes 10 1 cup servings.
