    1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
    1/3 C buffalo sauce
    6 cups frozen hashbrowns (0% Fat)
    1 C Ranch Dressing (FF)
    1/2 C Cheddar Cheese
    1 Can Healthy Request Cream Mushroom soup


PReheat oven to 350 Spray cooking pan with spray
Cut chicken into strips
Mix chicken strips and buffalo sauce together.
In another bowl mix: Potatos, dressing, cheese and soup.
Spoon soup mixture in baking dish. Place chicken on top.
Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 20-25 minutes longer.
