Ingredients

    1/2 Medium Yellow onion
    1 block tofu
    1large red potato
    (saute these a little olive oil)
    1 jar Korma Masala simmer sauce
    1 small french vanilla (soy) Yogurt

    Add to saute and let simmer for 10 min.

    Serve over Brown rice or serve with whole wheat naan.
