Number of Servings: 4


    1 lb baby Brussels sprouts, sliced in half (calc using 6 cups fresh)
    1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1/3 cup chicken broth
    1 tsp brown sugar
    pinch salt/pepper


Add olive oil and butter to skillet on med heat.
Arrange sprouts in pan, cut side down.
Turn or use spatula to stir once sprouts begin to brown.
Add chicken broth, brown sugar, salt and pepper.
Cook on medium high one minute, then cover and cook two more minutes.
Uncover and turn the heat up a bit to cook off the remaining liquid and finish carmelizing.
