4-6 Frozen Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
a can of black beans (drained)
    a can of corn (drained)
    a jar of salsa
    a stick of cream cheese

Place the frozen chicken in the bottom of your crockpot, and season as desired (I use garlic and onion powder and some light seasoning salt). Then add the corn, black beans, and salsa and cook on low for 4-5 hours. About 35 minutes before serving, add the cream cheese. Stir at end and serve. You can serve over noodles or rice or by itself with a small salad for a great, light meal! Serves about 8 ( if you cut the chicken in half, it can really serve 10 or so good size servings). ENJOY!
