    16 oz Pecan Halves
    1/2 cup Butter
    3/4 cup Brown Sugar, Packed
    1 tsp Salt
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract


Place pecan halves on 13 x 9 foil-lined baking sheet. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat, add brown sugar, vanilla and salt. Stir 1 minute until sugar dissolves. Pour over pecans. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes and stir every 10 minutes. Pull foil sheet off cookie sheet to cool. DO NOT USE WAX PAPER! It will stick permanently!
Serve as holiday snack or add to salads.) Makes 16 1 oz or 1/8 cup servings.
