    * Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed (or any frozen fruit/berries)
    * Chia Seeds, 14 gram(s)
    * Milk, nonfat, .5 cup
    * Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt, 6 oz
    * Agave Nectar Stick, 1 stick (or a tsp of agave nectar, or coconut sap nectar)


I load my mini-blender the night before and put it in the fridge , so by morning, the fruit is thawed and everything is ready to blend. Pulse a few times and pour into a disposable cup, throw in a straw, and off to work! The chia seeds keep me full til lunch.
