I wanted to come up with a way to add more veggies into my diet. I wanted to come up with a way to add more veggies into my diet.
Number of Servings: 44


    1 lb of Lean Ground Beef
    1 tube of Honeysuckle white turkey sausage
    3/4 c frozen/thawed spinach, chopped
    1 c onion petite diced
    1/2 c petite diced green pepper


Combine all ingredients and make into small meatballs. I used my small cookie scoop and got 44 meatballs. Place on a lined cookie sheet and bake at 425 for about 35 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle.
When done I always place them on a paper towel to help get off any lingering grease. Add to sauce or freeze for later.
